Designed for AMD Epyc processors, the Freezer 4U SP3 is not only powerful, but also so compact that its dimensions do not extend above any memory banks, making it perfect for dual-CPU mainboards. Its height requires a minimum 4U server case. Both 120 mm fans are equipped with double ball bearings optimised for continuous operation, which makes them perfect for 24/7 server use. The cooler is supplied with ARCTIC's new MX-5, which ensures long-term optimal heat transfer thanks to its high durability, reduced layer thickness and low thermal resistance.
